Caesaraugusta River Port Museum ticket

The preserved monumental complex, dated between the end of the 1st century BC and the 1st century AD, consists of several openings belonging to a façade of arcades leading to a vestibule where a staircase connected the docks of the port with the city’s forum.

The Museum has lockers where you can leave your bags, umbrellas, rucksacks and luggage that you cannot take into the exhibition halls with you.
The Museum reserves the right to decide which objects must be left in the lockers.

OBJECTS ON DISPLAY

The objects and remains on display are extremely fragile and their conservation is delicate and costly. Help us with their maintenance.
Please do not touch the objects exhibited, as they are very fragile and may deteriorate, nor the displays (scale models, scenography, and so on). This way we can contribute to the Museum’s good standard of maintenance.

MOBILE PHONES

We kindly ask you to put your mobile phone on silent to be considerate of other visitors.

PHOTOGRAPHS AND VIDEOS

You can take photos or videos for your own use, not for professional use, without a flash or tripod so as not to damage the objects and remains on display.
If the images are to be used professionally for publication, you will need prior authorisation. This can be requested by writing an email to jefacultura@zaragoza.es or museosmunicipales@zaragoza.es.

VISITING THE MUSEUM WITH CHILDREN

Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult.
We kindly ask you to stay with the children at all times, to avoid any shouting or running around and ensure an optimal visit.

GROUP VISITS

The people accompanying the groups are responsible for everyone in the group.

ACCESS WITH ANIMALS

No animals are permitted in the Museum except for guide dogs and service dogs for health conditions.

EATING AND DRINKING

Food and drink, and consumption of such, are not permitted in the Museum halls or in the archaeological remains area.
